Moorview Lets has now expanded to provide property solutions for landlords across the South West, focussing on arranging long-term leases to support landlords in maximising the potential of their property portfolios.

Moorview Lets Tenant Fees
Holding deposit – 1 weeks rent
This will begin your referencing and reserve the room for you. The room will be taken off the market during this process and the amount you pay will be deducted from the amount you need to pay before you move in.
Tenancy Deposit – Equivalent to one months rent.
Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when you move out, depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date. A higher deposit (up to 5 weeks) will be required if certain referencing criteria are not met.
Key Replacement – at reasonable cost
This will buy you a new key for the next working day.
Locked out Fee – at a reasonable cost
We do not provide a locked-out service, however if you require a locksmith out of office hours, we recommend calling 07470 309950. They carry a master key. A charge will then be discussed between yourself and locksmith directly.
Ending Tenancy Early – at a reasonable cost
Only to be charged once a replacement for your tenancy is found and that person moves in. Covers the cost of administration and marketing.
