We’ve been established since 2010 when Mo and James; both Plymouth University graduates, started the business. From the very beginning, we’ve been committed to providing high-end boutique shared houses for working professionals and students in the city and we now have a portfolio of over 200 rooms.

Our properties range from 5 or 6 bedroom houses to our recently finished conversion of Wyndham Hall, a large Victorian former chapel which is now 6 separate apartments of 4 or 7 rooms.


Abie & Seona are our experienced lettings managers who look after our tenants and properties in the portfolio.

Seona & Abie are the faces of Moorview Lets. They work together to co-manage the lettings business and ensure rooms are filled, rents are paid, maintenance issues are addressed, and our tenants are happy with the standard of accommodation and level of service Moorview Lets provides.

They work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure everyone living in a Moorview house or renting through Moorview is happy and content.

Gerry is our Property Manager who joined the team in June 2020.

Gerry will be looking after all our tenants, landlords and properties and has 10 years experience working in the property industry. 

Moorview Lets Tenant Fees

Holding deposit – £50

This will begin your referencing and hold the room for you for up to 4 weeks. The room will be taken off the market during this process.

Tenancy Deposit – £200 (Inc Holding Deposit)

Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when your move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.

Key Replacement – at reasonable cost

This will buy you a new key for the next working day.

Locked out Fee

We do not provide a locked-out service, however if you require a locksmith out of office hours, we recommend calling 07470 309950. They carry a master key. A charge will then be discussed between yourself and locksmith directly.

Ending Tenancy Early – at a reasonable cost

Only to be charged once a replacement for your tenancy is found and that person moves in. Covers the cost of administration and marketing.
