Managing the tenant referencing process to ensure new tenants are vetted before moving in.
MANAGEMENT OF THE REGISTERED DEPOSIT SCHEME
Managing the registered tenant deposits via an authorised scheme and providing the prescribed information to the tenant.
APP-BASED TENANT & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Full access to our app-based tenant and property management system.
BIANNUAL INSPECTION REPORTS
Biannual reports on the condition of the property and any recommendations for improvements.
MONTHLY PROPERTY OWNER STATEMENTS
We will pay you rent (net of any fees and deductions for cleaning or maintenance) and issue you with a full breakdown of income and expenses for your records.
MANAGEMENT OF CLEANING CONTRACTORS
We will schedule and manage regular cleans of communal areas as well as end-of-tenancy cleans and any other cleans as required at the property.
MANAGEMENT OF GARDENING CONTRACTORS
Where the property has a garden or outside space, we will schedule and manage the gardening contractor to keep the outside space looking nice.
MANAGEMENT OF MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS
We have an in-house maintenance team who can resolve most maintenance issues on first response, but if they cannot resolve an issue we will engage and manage external maintenance contractors.
CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE PLANS AND CERTIFICATION
We will schedule and manage cyclical maintenance and certification, including Gas Safety Certificates, PAT testing and any other Electrical Testing (as required)
